Charlestown/Boston, Massachusetts c. 1810

Mahogany, Curly Maple, Satinwood, Ebony, Cherry, Eastern White Pine, Custom painted face, period style weight driven movement, restoration glass.


Features: Finial plinths inlaid with opposing lunettes, with rope inlaid edges. Scrolled Fret work, over turned and reeded columns with brass fittings. Cross-banded hood door with checker board inlay. Top edge of upper waist molding inlaid with rope inlay. Figured satinwood panel above waist door, surrounded by rope inlay. Waist door with molded edge, cross-banded edges, enclosing lunette inlays. Turned and reeded curly maple columns with brass fittings, above plinths inlaid with opposing lunettes and rope inlaid borders. Rope inlaid lower waist molding. Base panel of figured mahogany with lunette and cross-banded border, surrounded by rope inlay. French feet with scrolled base.
